About Opportunity

The Tulsa Artist Fellowship (TAF), a multi-year award that supports visionary arts practitioners, is accepting applications for the 2026–2028 award cycle. Open to artists and arts workers across all disciplines with a minimum of five years of professional experience, the fellowship will select ten awardees, to be announced in late 2025. Applicants must submit a detailed, original project proposal that reflects artistic innovation, social or cultural relevance, and a strong commitment to community engagement in Tulsa. Each fellow will receive a $150,000 stipend over three years, plus a $12,000 annual housing stipend, $1,200 per year for health expenses, $1,200 annually for studio assistance, a $1,500 relocation stipend, fully subsidized studio space, and access to shared creative facilities—totaling over $2.35 million in support for the full cohort. Fellows are required to live and work in Tulsa, Oklahoma, U.S. throughout the award term, with any extended time away subject to prior approval.
