About Opportunity
The Art Center of Sarasota has officially launched its 2024 - exhibition call - "Great Artists Steal". The competition aims to attract international artists working in any artistic mediums. Applicants are free to submit various types of artworks on different topics and blend modernity with history, challenging conventional perceptions and interpretations. The selection jury will choose winners based on artists’ creativity and professionalism.
About Organizer
The Sarasota Art Association was established in 1926 as the first arts organization in Sarasota, US. Organization’s mission is to support local and international artists for their career development.
"Great Artists Steal" encourages creators to find inspiration in their favorite artists, whether contemporary or historical, and to reinterpret techniques, content, or styles within their own work.

The submission fee for 1 artwork is: $25 for members, $35 for non-members, $10 for student members, $20 for student non-members
