About Opportunity

The residency program at Saiko Neon accepts applications all year. The program's organizers and partners will select artists who can create intriguing works and convey their feelings and personalities in this way. The residency's goal is to link artists from all over the world and provide them with a shared environment for inspiration and productivity improvement.

About Organizer

The residency program SAIKO NEON was established in April 2019 with the purpose of providing a platform for international artists to conduct research, develop new and interesting works, and share knowledge without boundaries. SAIKO NEON is located near Tokyo, in Yamanashi Prefecture, on the shores of Lake Saiko, amid the spectacular natural setting of Mount Fuji.
The residency interacts with the creative space "Gallery Tsukigime," which is located in Tokyo's cultural districts of Ikejiri-Ohashi, Nakameguro, and Dakaniyama.
