Digital Online Residency of Enter

Participants will collaborate with the Enter project team as part of the online residency. They will collaborate to construct several works like a distinct "room" in Enter, which will be accessible to internet viewers as part of the "Temporary House" exhibition. The work will also make its debut on February 24, 2022, at the Enter online event, arranged by the Het Nieuwe Instituut. Enter's residency provides an opportunity for participants and the project team to collaborate on the development of new digital platforms for various communities and networks.

Het Nieuwe Instituut created Enter, a video conferencing tool for online and hybrid cultural events. Enter mixes ongoing experimental design initiatives and their evolution with a critical examination of the outcomes of online platforms. Enter seeks to identify individuals with the potential to produce and deploy human-centred online and hybrid cultural programming in the sphere of culture. Since April 2020, the platform has hosted artist residencies, collaborative research projects, live streaming, online event recordings, and small group gatherings.
