Open Call for Outdoor Sculpture and Installations - Art Trail at CourtX

The internationally recognized Art Trail at CourtX has launched a new competition for Outdoor Sculpture and Installations, open to both emerging and established artists, creatives, and collectives working across all artistic disciplines. Applicants are invited to submit project proposals for outdoor installations responding to the theme “Nature Anew.” Submissions may include works incorporating sound, light, sculpture, kinetic elements, digital media, or tactile and material-based components. All artworks must be suitable for long-term outdoor display—durable, weather-resistant, and safe for public interaction. The curation and production of the Art Trail at CourtX will be led by Natasja Jozsa, founder of Fine Line Art, who will work closely with the selected artists throughout the development of their commissioned pieces.

Founded in 2013 as Canoe Lake Leisure Ltd to safeguard Canoe Lake’s historic grass courts, CourtX has grown into a lively community hub in U.K. It now features eight tournament‑grade grass courts, six flood‑lit artificial grass courts, the CourtX Bar, Café Fresco, and a vibrant programme of arts events.
