About Opportunity

The internationally recognized organization Movies that Matter has opened an application form for its supportive grant aimed at international artists and filmmakers. Movies that Matter provides a startup grant for new human rights film events and an impact grant for established ones seeking to enhance their impact or expand their activities. These events encompass a range of forms, including human rights, LGBTI, and environmental film festivals, as well as mobile cinema projects. Film screenings will contribute to awareness and discussion about human rights in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, or Eastern Europe.
