Kala Art Institute is the international non-profit organizaionwas founded in 1974 by Archana Horsting and Yuzo Nakano in Berkeley, CA.
For over 30 years the mission of the Kala Art Institute has been to support artists in maintaining their creative practice over time by offering Artist-in-Residence and Fellowship Programs and to engage the community through exhibitions, public programs, and educational initiatives.

This year the submission process is juried by:
