About Opportunity
The internationally recognized Global Peace Photo Award is accepting submissions from both local and international photographers. This prestigious award offers a total of €11,000 in cash prizes across six categories. The winning photographs will be exhibited for one year in the Austrian Parliament and become part of its permanent art collection. Each winning entry will receive the Alfred Fried Peace Medal, and the selected photographers will be invited to attend the award ceremony in Vienna on September 22, 2025, with travel and accommodation expenses fully covered. An international jury will evaluate the entries based on artistic merit, originality, subject matter, and style, ultimately selecting four outstanding winners.
