GLOBAL FOREST is opening submission call for 2024 residency program in Germany

The internationally recognized organization, KUNSTVEREIN GLOBAL FOREST, invites sound artists of global to participate in 2024 residency program. Scheduled for a duration of 2-3 months, starting on February 1st and concluding on May 3rd in Sankt Georgen im Schwarzwald, Germany, this residency beckons artists to submit sound art project proposals across diverse mediums and dimensions. Artists are encouraged to highlight the essence of the Black Forest's environment, its demographic evolution, and its interplay with the local community through their submissions. A selection committee will select two exceptional candidates for the residency. Successful applicants will be provided with comfortable accommodations and a scholarship to support their artistic endeavors. Moreover, the outcomes of these residencies will be prominently showcased during the esteemed annual BIRD SOUND SOUND CAMPS, held on May 4th and 5th, 2024.

KUNSTVEREIN GLOBAL FOREST was established in 2016, since then, as an inclusive organization of art enthusiasts, it has executed diverse event formats such as: exhibitions, lectures, symposium  and workshops. The orginization promote and exhibite the contemporary art.
