About Opportunity

The DigitalArt4Climate Art Competition, organized by IAAI GloCha in collaboration with the UN-Habitat youth programme, Unique Network, Social Alpha Foundation, Exquisite Workers, HubZine, and Palette69, seeks to encourage and enhance climate action through the power of culture and technology, as well as to inspire the creative industry's absorption of technology transformation in an attainable and relevant way.

About Organizer

The DigitalArt4Climate platform includes full proof-of-stake (PoS) infrastructure with Polkadot and Kusama (a sustainable blockchain and approach to NFTs), decentralized media storage, credit-card & crypto payments, auto collaborator subdivides and payouts on primary and secondary markets, personalized dividends, and the desire to generate significant impact and take action against climate change.

Who can Participate:

Artists from all over the world with no restrictions on age, gender or nationality can participate in the competition. Artists under 18 must have a legal age representative.

Glasgow, UK

Applicants have to submit the required documents:

  • Artist Statement;
  • Artwork / Portfolio. 

 

Participation Fee:

Participation is free for everyone

 

Awards/Prize:

  • € 3000 cash prize;
  • Exhibition at Glasgow in connection with the United Nations Conference of Parties on Climate Change (COP26) Glasgow, GB;
  • 15% of net revenues or gross profits from the auction (NFT sales).
