CREA Cantieri del Contemporaneo is Accepting Applications from the International Visual Artists

The internationally recognized organization, CREA Cantieri del Contemporaneo, announces the first edition of CREA OPEN, an International Contemporary Art Award. This initiative aims to promote and elevate contemporary visual art worldwide. The award covers a broad range of categories and mediums, including painting, printmaking, sculpture, installation and land art, video art, photography, performance, new media and technology, as well as textile art. With an open theme, this edition gives artists the freedom to express their vision without limitations. An international jury will select 20 finalists based on criteria such as originality, innovation, artistic quality, exhibition potential, visual impact, relevance to contemporary art trends, and the clarity of the artistic project. The evaluation will focus on each worker's ability to introduce new perspectives, evoke emotion, engage viewers, and align with current artistic movements.

CREA Cantieri del Contemporaneo is the One Contemporary Art Association’s project that was launched in 2016 in Venice, Italy. Over these years the organization expanded its collaborations with local and international artists.
