About Opportunity
ODH provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity to meet like-minded artists and technical experts interested in creative risk and support.
The program's purpose is to explore the interaction between dance and technology and how it may be translated into performance in the future.
ODH22 is a secure area for searching. Participants will work in groups to investigate the impact of technology in performance under the supervision of experienced mentors.
Ideas will be discussed in an informal environment with an invited audience on the last day of the program.
About Organizer
The TaikaBox was established in Cardiff, Wales, in 2010, when choreographer Tanja Raman and video artist John Collingswood agreed to collaborate after five years of partnership to form an organization that would provide new options for dance development.
In 2015, the group relocated to Finland and established TaikaBox as an independent association.
In 2020, the organization rented its first studio on the island of Pikisaari and welcomed a new team member, journalist Elena Vlasenko.
