About Opportunity
The internationally recognized organization Cow House Studio, in collaboration with Wexford County Council, is delighted to announce the 2025 Parenting Artist Residency—a two-week program specifically designed for visual artists who are also parents. This residency provides a unique opportunity for selected artists to focus on their creative work with comprehensive support. Through an open call, the program invites artists to develop new projects, advance ongoing work, or reengage with their practice after a period dedicated to parenting. An international selection committee will choose up to 2-4 participants, who will receive childcare, accommodation, and a €500 stipend for the duration of the residency. The program will take place in Rathnure, Ireland, from April 14 to April 27, 2025.
