About Opportunity
The internationally recognized FluxusMuseum is accepting applications for the 2025 edition of its prestigious Prize for Experimental Video. Visual artists, performers, animators, and filmmakers from around the world are invited to participate. This year’s prize offers a total of €45,000, part of which will fund the initial development of selected projects, with the remainder distributed as awards at the exhibition’s conclusion. Between 20 and 40 proposals will be chosen by the international selection committee, and each selected artist will receive €600 to support the creation of their project. The finalized works will be showcased in the gallery during the summer of 2025.

The FluxusMuseum, located in the Greek island of Paros, is a cultural space dedicated to exploring and celebrating the Fluxus art movement. Founded as a place of inspiration and collaboration, the museum emphasizes the innovative and experimental ethos of Fluxus, an avant-garde art movement from the 1960s.
The museum's mission is to foster creativity and the human capacity for invention, serving as a gallery, cinema. It seeks to engage with the foundational principles of Fluxus, encouraging new perspectives on life and artistic expression.
