About Opportunity
The European Investment Bank (EIB) Institute announces the 2025 edition of its Artists Development Programme (ADP). Organized in collaboration with the Cité internationale des arts (Paris) and neimënster (Neumünster Abbey Heritage Site for Culture) in Luxembourg, the program is seeking two visual artists under the age of 35 from EU Member States to explore the theme “Disruption: The Imprint of Man. The ADP offers emerging European visual artists a unique opportunity to participate in a three-month residency program. During this time, they can refine their skills, create new work, and benefit from mentorship by renowned professionals. For the 2025 edition, Italian artist Tatiana Trouvé and professor/art critic Christophe Kihm will guide participants. The residency program will span three months: two months (September–October) at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris, followed by one month (November) at neimënster in Luxembourg.
