About Opportunity
The internationally recognized Struts Gallery, in collaboration with Photo East, an annual contemporary photography festival, is accepting exhibition proposals for photographic and lens-based work from artists and curators. Submissions are open to artists of all career stages from the Atlantic region (Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI) who reimagine or transform traditional photography forms. Selected applicants will be chosen by an international jury and receive financial support.
About Organizer
Struts Gallery, which was established in 1980 in Canada, is an artist-run centre dedicated to presenting exceptional contemporary art to the public through exhibitions, artist residencies, screenings, workshops, talks and performances.
