About Opportunity
The internationally recognized organization CERN, in collaboration with Copenhagen Contemporary, is accepting applications for its fully funded two-month residency program set for 2025. Applicants are invited to submit proposals exploring the role of advanced technologies and scientific research in contemporary culture and their societal impact. An international jury will select artists or collectives for the program, which includes a one-month residency at CERN in Geneva, followed by a second month at Copenhagen Contemporary in Copenhagen. During the residency, participants will further develop their research proposals while engaging in meaningful exchanges with scientists, engineers, and staff at both locations.
About Organizer
Arts at CERN is the arts program of CERN, the European Laboratory for Particle Physics in Geneva, Switzerland. Since 2012, CERN conducts - Collide, an annual residency program designed for artists with a keen interest in science and technology, offering an opportunity to collaborate and engage in meaningful dialogue with scientists and engineers.

Professional artists, individually or in duos/collectives, over the age of 18, with 5 years of working experience, from all over the world can apply for this residency program
